I could not be more pleased with they way I was treated from the time I arrived, during the delivery, and even after the delivery when I had an issue. Their staff are very knowledgeable and definately go above and beyond to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. A little back story on my review as I am not an avid reviewer.

I purchased a used cart from club car of HH thinking to myself " I will take a chance as I know it will not have the perks of a new cart". Man was I wrong. I worked with Annie and she took my budget in mind and put me in the best cart for the money and even thru in some extras. With it being Easter weekend I had been told by 3 other dealerships it would be 2 weeks for delivery so that was my expectation. Wrong again. They had the cart at my house the following day and the delivery guy went thru every thing he could as I advised him this was my first cart. Well after the delivery driver left I went for a ride of course. Well 15 minutes into my ride I smelled something hot coming from the cart so I took it home and immediately called their office.

After no hold times I immediately got the manager. (whom answered the phone ) and I explained my concern. The next morning (Good Friday) they had a delivery driver pick up my cart and repair it with same day delivery back to my house. Yeah right I thought to myself. Well once again they were right and they had someone stay late just to load and deliver my cart to me.

Keep in mind I was not requesting any of this service but the way they operate is definately customer first. I hope my review has helped in any way it can as I will definately be a repeat customer and have already referred a couple friends to go see them. Thanks again Club Car of Hilton Head

Just because they're the "factory" guys, doesn't mean they're the "stealership" - Ben and family run the kind of business you want to see stay around for a long time! Very good technicians and their service is always spot-on. Fair priced, always pleasant, service-minded.

Their Club Car brand of 2 or 4 seat vehicles are top quality with options available beyond belief. Discounts are offered to members of certain communities and other special pricing is available from time to time.

Very nice family run business. Went to their Tent Sale to look at the new units. We were greeted by the Owner's Mom. She was very pleasant & knowledgable. If she wasn't sure about something she got quick answers ( which she was generally correct on ).

We bought a new Golf Cart which they are going to compete to our specs & deliver in about a week. Some upgrades that are being ordered will be done later at our home.

We have a Used Cart ( trading in ) that we were having problems with - we took the Charger in which they tested that was fine. They sent a Tech to our home for a Tune Up & Inspection. Cart then ran much better.

Me and my wife just bought a Club Car Onward from this location and we live in Savannah Ga about 45 minutes away. Savannah had a very limited selection of carts In stock and was going to be 5 weeks to get it if I ordered it. So I called the Hilton head store and I had my cart in 3 days and these people are fantastic very professional and very detail oriented a great place to buy golf carts! I dealt with the owners and you wont find better people! Thanks guys for taking care of us my 2 year old daughter is loving it and its great family time on this thing!

I have never had other than excellent dealings with Club Car of Hilton Head. It starts with Ben and continues throughout the organization including office personnel and the great mechanics who come to my home and service my carts. I just had another...a dead car. Cliff carefully examined everything and eventually determined it was a faulty battery charger which was repaired for a small fee. In the course of his examination he tightened every connection...cleaned each terminal...left my cart in better shape than he found it...and hot charged it so that I could use it temporarily. The easiest thing for him to do would have been to immediately load it on his truck and haul it away...but they don't operate that way. They operate with a nice sensitivity to what their customers want. They also don't operate with a tendency to "sell you a new one". They have gone to wonderful and expert lengths to repair my vehicles. I truly believe they take pride regarding how long they can keep carts functional. I highly recommend these people...they deserve it.

Courteous, knowledgeable saleswoman showed us current model golf carts and battery options. Answered all questions about product, and helped us make informed decisions on our cart. Husband wanted to come here because his golf buddies all rave about the service dept.

If you want to work with folks who have great product knowledge and will treat you like neighbors, then I truly recommend doing business with Club Car of Hilton Head! We visited other dealers and drove other makes, but nothing compared to the Club Car Onward. And, more importantly, no one compared to the service and hospitality we received from the Club Car of Hilton Head family. From the initial visit with Mac, all the way to the exceptional delivery from Barry.......which I must say I've bought cars in the past where they didn't spend as much time explaining the vehicle as Barry did with our new golf cart.....it was a great experience! The technician who performed the annual maintenance service was extremely detailed and thorough. We had a problem with a battery and they took care of it immediately and when I call with my occasional questions, they are always ready to assist. I absolutely reiterate all of the reviews! I could not have written a better review for Club Car of Hilton Head! This establishment is family owned! They stand behind their work! This is the crown jewel of Hilton Head golf carts! I spoke to their rep for hours, as he educated me on golf carts, Domestic vs foreign-made, lithium-powered vs traditional batteries, the life expectancy of each type of battery, and the cost of maintaining the golf cart! I highly recommend that you talk to the older gentleman before purchasing a foreign-made golf cart!!!
